Passengers are positive about improvements on Riga public transport’s route and schedule webpage at saraksti.rigassatiksme.lv

More than a half of those having participated in the opinion poll on the webpage of "Rīgas satiksme" have not only noticed the recent improvements on the Riga public transport’s route and schedule webpage at saraksti.rigassatiksme.lv, but also took a positive view of the advantages these changes offer.

The positive changes have been noticed by 52% of respondents, but 48% admitted still trying to get used to the new mode of searching the routes and schedules. 23% appreciate that now all the information about the public transport schedules is available in one place, but 11% emphasize the usefulness of adding minibus routes and schedules. 9% of respondents recognise that now the schedules are more transparent and easy to understand, but as many, 9%, believe that the webpage has become more functional and easy to use.

The followers of "Rīgas satiksme" in social network Draugiem.lv were also invited to participate in the opinion poll. A majority of the poll participants admitted that the new webpage is more functional and easy to use. Slightly fewer respondents recognised that the webpage is useful as here one can find the routes and schedules of all public transport, including minibuses. There was also a positive feedback from  Twitter, whose users emphasised that saraksti.rigassatiksme.lv is more convenient and transparent and therefore recommended it also to other users planning their trips.

More than 1400 respondents participated in the opinion poll which was held in January.
